My name is Li Hua. I am a freshman in high school from XX High School. I come from a vibrant city where I have many wonderful memories and the steps of my growth. Today, I''d like to introduce myself in English.

The learning content in the first year of high school is more in-depth and extensive compared to junior high school. We start to touch more professional knowledge, such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry. English classes also increase the difficulty of reading and vocabulary. Although it can be challenging sometimes, I believe it is a great opportunity for learning and growth.

在课堂上，我非常注重与老师和同学的互动。通过参与课堂讨论和小组合作，我不仅提高了自己的学习能力，还结识了许多志同道合的朋友。课余时间，我也会利用图书馆的资源来扩充自己的知识面。

In class, I focus on interacting with teachers and classmates. Through participating in classroom discussions and group cooperation, I have not only improved my learning ability but also made many friends with similar interests. After school, I also use the resources of the library to expand my knowledge.

2. 课外活动

Besides studying, I also actively participate in various extracurricular activities at school. I joined the school basketball team and trained and competed with my teammates, which made me experience the importance of teamwork.
